From the organizer:
I'll be hosting a house concert at my home in Roslindale on Saturday, May 3rd. The legendary Jim Kweskin will be playing a solo show. There are 34 seats available. Email me to reserve a seat at joelwenner@verizon.net
Here are the details:
We'll take advantage of the Saturday date by starting earlier than usual. The concert will be from 5-7 pm. Doors open at 3:30 with a potluck starting at 4pm if you choose to partake. I'll have vegetarian chili on the stove. BYOB or other beverages and food to share. After the concert, the potluck continues and a music jam will ensue if folks bring instruments and want to play tunes.
Suggested donation of $35 to be paid at the concert. I don't know if Jim has a Venmo or Paypal account, so cash is your best option. If I get more clarity on that I'll let you once you reserve a seat. All proceeds go to the artist. To avoid having too many people and not enough seats, I need to keep a tally of those attending. Email me to reserve a seat and I'll put you on the list and give you my address. I'd hate to have to turn you away if you show up unannounced.
